The best smoking utensil I have ever used

I’ve had this for over 2 years. Its large “working area” allows me to transfer whole smoked chickens, pork butts, and briskets without the meat falling apart during the transfer. It is by far the most valuable tool I have for smoking meats!

very sturdy

I picked up a 12 lb brisket off my smoker yesterday and it held it up while I was holding it with one hand. Very sturdy, greaty quality. I am giving one to my brother in law for Christmas this yeat!!!

Me search is over looking for a quality spatula wide and strong enough for heavier & wider lifting. The fit & finish is great, the handle large enough to get both of my mitts onto if I need it for larger cuts of meat. Highly recommended.
