Not sure why, but I've had 2 of these Cruise grills and neither worked. They failed to ignite

Overall impressive

I’ve had mine for 2 years and haven’t made a bad meal on it. I love it and my husband is obsessed with my carne asada. Only thing that bugs me is it will try to self clean while I’m cooking. It really has to be cleaned after every other use. That is my only complaint

Best Grill!!

Love everything about this grill. It cooks evenly, holds a temp and the clean up is great. The timer is loud enough that I can hear it in the house. Couldn’t be more excited about this grill!!

So far a TERRIFIC grill!

The grill was fairly easy to assemble, and all the parts fit very well. My only suggeston is to have an assistant when installing the fire box to the base cabinet, it's alkward and fairly heavy. this is my 3rd Char-Broil Infared grill and my 2nd Big Easy, all have been the easiest best cooking grills you can buy. My only concern is the electronics.If that part holds up this thing will be fantastic! Don't forget you need to plug this one into 110v for it to work, so have an outlet close enough to plug it in. Starting the grill and using the temp control is so easy that it kind of weird to use at first. But it is amazing how it turns burners on and off to maintain temperature. The self cleaning feature looks interesting, but I haven't used it yet. It would be nice if the engineers would have included a receptacle on the side for the extension cord connection. And maybe include an outlet for lights or some other accessories, like a place to plug in the rotisserie (if you have one). They could ditch the bottle opener and include some Gear Trax tool hooks too.

Excellent Product

We are delighted with the new Cruise 435. It's easy to start, keeps a steady consistent heat, and has a cleaning function after all the cooking is done. On all counts, it is an improvement on anything we have ever had.

Beautiful looking, cooks fine, questionable qualit

The grille is very good looking, the window is great, the temperature control is awesome. My only concern is that it arrived a bit dinged up. The box appeared fine, but there were issues. Could not get anyone on the phone, so I just kept it.

Fantastic Grill!

This is one amazing grill! Easy to control and maintain the exact temperature. Perfect results every time! And the self cleaning mode is a big plus. Would highly recommend this grill.
