Great Base, Great Sunscreen!
This is a good foundation base. It goes on light but blends quickly and provides an effective texture for the foundation. with the high SPF, I also apply it to my throat and chest and it creates an invisible, non-staining sun proector.
10 ROSÉE THE BEST PRIMER
I own many high end primers la mer limited edition primer came out 2018 sold out in one day, also Sisley Paris and others but this is the best one and it has sunscreen. It really brightens the complexion and makes your foundation last all day. It appears a little whitish when you first apply it but wait a couple of minutes and it will fade and just blend into the skin nicely. Then I add my foundation and it is really beautiful. I first moisturize wait a couple of minutes then add Chanel's makeup base/primer and wait a couple of minutes and apply my foundation. Try it you will love it and you will also have your sunscreen on with this base which is very nice. Of course if you are going to be directly in the sun all day you would need a regular sunscreen over everything or under it just for more protection but if not this really does do the trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my chanel rep recommended that I try the yellow (mimosa), I must have looked at her funny. She was correct. The yellow counteracts the red under my skin. Depending on my skin I use this or the other Chanel sunscreen. This one is a great base for makeup too. I think I’ve purchased this product three times.

Lightweight and flattering sunscreen
Received the Rosee color in a sample. I have light to slightly tan skin with red undertones. Used a very small amount under my normal Chanel foundation and it blended beautifully. Went on smooth and was absorbed well without a sticky or heavy feeling. Left a very subtle glow. I ordered two days later. Impressive product.

Everyone needs a PRIMER for their foundation.
I have never used a primer before. When I was given a sample to try, I was hooked. Makes your foundation go a LONG way and stays on longer. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the SPF 40 !!!
