Poor shipping practices at Macy's Sandy

I did not receive the plates. The first time I ordered, everything arrived broken. The second time they sent my order to someone else and I received someone else's order. Both times I had to make a trip to Macy's to return their mistake. I never did get what I ordered.

Broke

Broke in a million pieces because there was only two pices of styro protecting it

Beautiful set!

This set is beautiful! I thought the photos were pretty but in person it is even more so. I received lots of compliments on it. It is well made and sturdy, but not too heavy to hold.
