Never Again will I order toys

I purchased this item on December 1st still waiting for it to ship. First and last time - Never again will I order toys from Macy's. Supposedly it is to ship on December 12th. Hope it arrives before Christmas. I would not recommend ordering toys from Macy's/Toys R Us. Never had issues with anything else I ever ordered. Eleven days to ship is ridiculous Holiday time or not.
