Velvet Gloves

I suspect that Macy's has contracted with a "faux" knock-off version of the real Cejon/thinsulate gloves. The pair I got was cheap, short in the fingers, thin, fake-polyester-flannel lined and a tacky bright, shiny-shiny red. I couldn't even open my palm all the way because of the short thumb seam. They also didn't have any "touch-screen" feature. Why did I buy these cheap-o gloves? Because I loved my original pair, bought 12 years ago at my local Macy's. They have been my favorite gloves ever. They are richly velvet, a nice dark red, stretchy, warm, thick without being bulky and very comfortable. They are also genuinely "thinsulate"-lined, with a nice snug, elastic wrist-gather, deep straight cuff. A quality product. I loved them. Then I went and lost one. Thought I'd try to replicate them. The contrast was really obvious. I think some of these come from a better overseas factory than others. Best of luck with your pair! Mine were returned on the spot.
Don’t buy!
These gloves are poorly made and are definitely not touchscreen compatible. They run very small for one, and they were ripped on the inner seams out of the package. Will be returning and do not recommend- for the price it’s just not worth it.
STOP - REMOVE FROM CART
I was so excited to receive these gloves. Opened up the bag to find that the fabric was inconsistent and flawed even though it's black without pattern. The nap is lighter on one side of the glove than th he other. They are not touchscreen able as suggested. Wore them once and the thumb seam came undone. And, I have medium sized hands and these gloves are very short fingered. An epic fail!
Okay gloves, but not touchscreen compatible
They are nice enough gloves, but I bought them because they were supposed to be touchscreen compatible and they weren’t. Mine did not have the little patch shown in the picture. I had to return them.
5 stars
These fit well are soft and warm. I love love love the red with my black coats. Worth the price.
Decently Made Pair Of Gloves
This pair of Cejon velvet gloves seems decently made. However, I have small hands and long fingers, so this pair of gloves was a bit of a "no no," for me in the fitting department. No, "one size does not fit all."
Warm
I both a pair of these a few years ago and have been looking for another pair. They are warm and a really nice looking glove.
Beautiful gloves!
These gloves are just beautiful ! Unfortunately the run very small ! I gave them to my daughter who has very narrow fingers and she loved them ! Very warm for the weight of the material too!
