Poorly made and broke within two weeks

There are so many issues with this bed. First, it will come with no directions. You will need to look up the information on the internet. Second, the wood scuffs and scratches easily. Third, when it is finally put together, the slats that are to hold up a box spring or even a plain mattress. They send four small slated wood and these are expected to hold up the mattress So...after two weeks the bed broke!! yep, Broke!!! the slates cracked and splintered and went into my new mattress (which ripped it up!) I called Macy's and they did refund my money...well, they said they will, since i just got off the phone with them
