Arms are too tight

The arms/shoulder area is too tight. Fits everywhere else, but I am afraid I will rip the blouse. I have broad shoulders.

Beautiful top for the right lady

this top was a perfect fit on my shoulders and the arm length was perfect and the color was exactly what i need, however it was too tight across my chest and the length was too long on me for reference im 5'3" 125 lbs
