Beautiful dress but had to return

It's a great dress, but it would have been better to include either short bubble or flutter sleeves. This dress is essentially sleeveless with ruffles sewn on the edge of the sleeves, and I’m not a fan of sleeveless dresses. For reference, I'm 5’2 and wear a size medium in Cece dresses. This dress is true to size.
