Cece women's short sleeve dress

dress was beautiful. first I didn't know how much I would like the dress but after trying it on it fits beautiful. I didn't know if it comes with a belt because I didn't get one but I tried it on with one of my regular ones and it looked really nice. the colours are beautiful. I am 5ft 7ins tall and I bought the large. if you are shorter you may have to hem it but overall it is a beautiful dress
