Received torn blouses

Ordered two CeCe blouses, one in black and one in navy, and both arrived torn in the front middle part. The fabric is really cheap. Disappointing because they look like cute blouses.

Purchased the pink color - - also great fit. After purchase I noticed the top was on sale so I contacted Macy's and they were AWESOME! They honored the sale price and immediately refunded me the difference.
