SO SO SO Short!!!

SO very very short! I am only 5 foot 2 inches and it hits me about 5 inches above my knees! If I leaned over slightly, my underwear would show! Is this a flaw? Did the manufacturer forget to add the bottom tier of the dress? It is ridiculous how short it is! Too bad because it is a cute dress and well made. Do NOT buy if you are a feminine lady. Buy if you are under 5 foot tall and do not care if your underwear shows. Geez!
