No stretch to it

This is very pretty and looks good on my daughter. However, because there is no stretch to it, not even in the lining, she doesn't want it. The lack of stretch made movement uncomfortable.

Really liked the blouse but very very short. Cece’s tops are always a bit short but this one was very short. Had to return
