I order size 12 but it was small , so I ordered 14, I received it yesterday, the zipper is broken can’t open the skirt to try it, and had a weird smell

runs really small!

I ordered a size 14 in this color pink and the white, it's really pretty in person. unfortunately it runs so small fits more like an 8 or 10. I would have to return it.
