CeCe Women's Cotton Ruffle-Collar
Very cute and feminine touches on the collar and cuffs. The collar has small ruffles that add a nice detail without being over the top or flashy. On the left and right side of the buttons there is a discreet lacey feature an inch apart that runs from top to bottom. The fabric is sheer material 1 % cotton and wrinkles easily. The blouse would be great for the warmer weather. It feels light and breathable. The sleeves are slightly puffy and have pleads on the cuffs. The print and color of the blouse is elegant and reminiscent of Delftware ceramic.
