Don’t waste your money

We have several Casper mattresses. We decided to look into an adjustable bed frame. Since Casper has an adjustable bed frame, we chose to purchase theirs because we were going to use it under a Casper mattress. Casper claims ALL their mattresses work on their adjustable bases. Not the case. Our Casper mattress will not form to the shapes of the adjustable base. For example, in zero gravity position, the middle of the bed does not sink down (see photo). This is the case when someone is lying on the mattress, too. The foot of the bed also does not form to the base. I sent Casper all the photos and they will not stand behind their word. I have been strung along for several weeks and have spent hours on the phone trying to get someone at Casper to help. They told me nothing was wrong and that the base and mattress were performing as it was supposed to. Very disappointing as their customer service used to be great. Do not waste your money.
