FAN CANNOT BE AIMED, HEAD DOES NOT SWIVEL!

HEAD DOES NOT SWIVEL. FAN CANNOT BE AIMED!!! Why would one design a fan that cannot be aimed? I spent time with this vendor on the phone to select the right fan and they knew what I needed and yet sold me the wrong thing. Have two completely useless fans now!
