MOST ADORABLE! Exceeded expectations

I am a very picky Grammy and I only buy quality for my little 2 year old gorgeous Granddaughter, but she is really hard on her clothes. She gets really dirty (eats and uses her shirt as a napkin) and plays really hard (like a lil dude..) while I want her to still look cute and girlie all of the time. This outfit helped do BOTH! The Peplum style was absolutely adorable (I immediately got on line and bought more in the same style,) and coordinated leggings with a little flare were too much! I couldn't take my eyes off my lil girl! As a fashionista Grammy also, I was soo happy (until my lil girl took her hair out too!) UGH! can anyone make hair ties and bows that lil kids can't take out??!! LOL! Kidding!
