Excellent Choice

The bed was easy to assemble and the baby loves it.

Damaged and disappointing customer service

I like the crib but it came with several cracks in it. Also, some of the holes were drilled incorrectly, which made it very difficult to add in the mattress frame. I reached out to customer service on the issue and was very disappointed in the response I received. I mentioned wanting to speak with a manager, which I hate to do, but the customer service rep said they won’t do anything different; wouldn’t even pass me along to a manager. If you order this crib, I sincerely hope the factory has better quality control and doesn’t send you damaged parts!!
