So close to being perfect but I love it anyway
Pro: super comfortable, 3 different chair adjustments, great for dealing with my sciatic nerve pain, work well for icing my back without damaging chair. Con: no arm rest once fully reclined, remote cord likes to catch in the chair if not careful, the chairs needs a lot of space.

Exchange/Refund has become a nightmare
One chair came with the back seams in tatters and the back rest leaning more towards one side. It's been a headache trying to get the inspectors to come and assess my complaint. They keep rescheduling, disregarding the fact that customers have schedules, too. It's up to you if you want to buy this but there's a high probability of post-purchase headaches.

excellent zero gravity recliner
I bought this as a gift for my husband who occasionally had swollen feet. This recluse really puts his feet higher than the rest of the body. Really very comfortable on zero gravity. The linen material is very nice and classy. My husband loves this chair.

head rest
Head rest not working after 22 days. Macy’s will not allow me to return it without having someone come to my home to look at it. It will take 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment. I don’t want to keep a chair that is having a problem already. But it seems that I may be stuck with it. It is also too late to return and pay the 15%. Return fee. Apparently I only had 3 days to do that. Also when I asked for the return policy and warranty information to be sent to my email it was a hassle I had to ask for a supervisor.
