Worst service I'll never shop at Macy's again

I had the worst service. Accidentally ordered from the wrong store for pickup, when I called the store I was hung uponn 3 different times as soon as I would reach somewhere, and when I finally talked to an associate she was rude and uncaring. I had ordered this for my mother's birthday, I told the associate what had happened and she refused to send it to the proper store. She canceled my order and told me to order it again and have it sent to the right store, but when I went to order it you were out of stock
