Worth the investment!

This pillow was worth the investment. Natural materials, cooling qualities, comfortable and supportive for side sleepers. My quality of sleep has improved with this pillow!

Smells toxic

I will probably return the pillow because of the strong chemical smell of the memory foam. I still have not slept on it so I don’t know whether it is comfortable or not. If it airs out within the several days the manufacturer approximates for the “off-gassing” to happen and before the time allowed for a return I will update this review. I never would have purchased it if I knew how much effort it would be. Very disappointing in deed..

Disappointing Unprofessional Communication

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from this vendor. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I received absolutely no response. This level of disregard shows a clear lack of respect for customers and their time. It’s unhelpful and, frankly, unprofessional. If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive vendor, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
