False advertising

Pictures indicate that it’s a set of 4 towels, but I only received 1. Spoke with a CSR who said that it’s only one towel even after her seeing the 2 pictures stating the price was for 4 towels on Macy’s website. Said they would contact Carolina and get back to me. That was over 3 weeks ago. No one has contacted me by email, phone, or text.
