Favorite Pan for Veggies

This has been my favorite pan for cooking veggies in the oven! Sweet potatoes, broccoli, green beans, etc. I bake with a little bit of avocado oil and everything comes right out. No more potatoes stuck to the pan!

I recently purchased the Caraway Rectangle Pan and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a high-quality piece. The pan is beautifully designed and the navy color is sleek and modern. I love how it looks in my kitchen.Functionally, it performs just as well as it looks. I’ve used it for roasting vegetables, baking lasagna and a casserole and everything has cooked evenly and come out effortlessly. The non-stick surface is no joke. Cleanup is a breeze and I love that I don’t need to use oil, non-stick spray or parchment paper.Bonus points for being non-toxic and free of harmful chemicals—definitely worth the investment if you're trying to upgrade your bakeware.
