The Best Saute Pan I’ve Ever Used

I have used stainless steel and PTFE-coated saute pans for many years but none of them comes close to the performance of my new Caraway ceramic coated saute pan. It is the best by far. It’s heat distribution is uniform so every morsel from the center to the rim cooks evenly. When transferring the dish to the serving bowl the food easily slides off the ceramic surface. Cleanup is incredibly easy—usually just a wipe, a quick rinse and dry. The pan looks very stylish and can be used an attractive serving dish on the dining table. T
