Chronograph function does work properly

This is the second watch that I haved received and the chronograph function on this one still doesn't work correctly. I guess this one is an improvement over the last one, only one of the dials is not functioning as opposed as opposed to all three.

Watch

The face of the watch is very nice. The blue against the gold is stunning. However the watch is very light. Not as heavy as other men’s watches we have purchased.

Face & purpose is great

The band is strong but cling clangs a little. The Bulova band is better
