Capresso Coffe Maker

Not certain I'm going to keep, while pouring I get burned by steam.

It was fine for 8 months

Was working good for 8 month exactly from date purchased. Purchased online Feb 5, 2024 it is October 6, 2024 and this morning it just wasn't working properly. Did all the company's website suggested. Nothing helped. I came on here to see if I could return it or something unfortunately it's pass their return date didn't see anything about warranty. Just purchased a new one. Now doing this. For those 8 months it worked well no issue whatsoever. That why I gave it 3 stars.

This is terrible product, it drips from the top you remove from base. I even waited 30 mins after brewing. Just to make sure. Not happy with it.

DANGEROUS

Bad burn on my arm from the steam coming through the Top vent of the coffee maker!! Opened the cabinet door above the coffee brewing to get my mug ( something I’ve done for 30+ years ) and the burnt my arm from the steam. Next day attempted to use again. Water would not drip into pot stayed in basket with grinds. The spring want working properly. Finally it started to drip but hot water & grinds sprayed all over! Burn #2. This should be RECALLED. Do Not buy .
