Customer support not accessible

The flatware is beautiful in general. Two pieces have a flawed finish and it is not easy to get in touch with the manufacturer to ask for replacement pieces

Great looking set. Great weight and handling. I give 4 stars as to the time we have had these and to not take away from the purchase or functionality of the flatware. We liked the first 20-piece set that we ordered a second one.

Gorgeous silverware set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This black silverware set is gorgeous! They make every meal look more sleek! Each piece has a great weight to it that feels well made. The look is modern and close to matte. The forks and spoons are all great shapes and the big ones don’t feel too awkward to eat off of. I follow the directions for washing in the dishwasher and these pieces have held up so nicely! I will be buying 2 more sets to have 12 pieces of all of them. They are stunning pieces and I am so glad I found some that stand up to the dishwasher!
