Love My Cambridge Flatware!

Love my Cambridge Flatware! It always looks shiny and brand new, and the style goes with all decor! It’s a little heavier- not light thin or tinny! It doesn’t bend when scooping ice cream out of the container! It’s sturdy and stylish and durable! Love it!

Quality is outstanding. Hefty weight…glowing finish. Macy’s delivered on time wrapped in individual plastic and bubble wrap to protect the product. And the sale price was the lowest online.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY ISSUES. GREAT PRODUCT

THIS ORDER HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! I ordered a set of 12 on 11/25/23. I have received 8/12 place settings as of 12/17/23. The actual place settings are beautiful, hefty, nice feel in your hand. The process of getting my order fulfilled has been awful. Costumer service leaves much to be desired. I have had 4 interaction with the CHAT BOX, 2 interactions with a human and still have only 8/12 settings in my order, with no real explanation. Macy's you have never let me down like this.I will keep trying to get the 4 remaining to complete this set before Christmas. Wish me luck.
