Not the color I expected

Thistle pink is not pink but a light mauvish lavender. I was disappointed because I wanted a light pink backpack purse. Overall design especially how it’s sectioned with zipper pockets works well. I do wish it had a pocket in the exterior back.

Not the right color

I chose this backpack because the color label was pink thistle. In no way is this backpack pink and the color is NOT as pictured. It’s a light mauvish lavender. If you are looking for a pink backpack don't order this one. My picture is with a pink kindle which is more ove what I expected. I would not trust the color in the MACY’S pictures.

Garbage!

Bought this for my wife as a present and within a month or two the zipper gave out. I managed to get the zipper lined up again but it just continues to fail. I would not recommend this product.

Calvin Klein Zulle Zip Around Backpack

Terrible customer service. I received this as a gift (purchased 2weeks before my birthday) after about a month of use, the zipper kept separating. It was 2 weeks past the return period (1month) and they wouldn’t stand behind their expensive purse and exchange it.

I am in love with my bag!

It is more durable than any purse I have. The shoulder straps are so comfortable. The storage inside this bag is amazing. I can store all my things for work inside of it and still have room.
