Smelled Worn

I received the garment and it was wreaking of perfume. Clearly this item had been worn and returned. Extremely disappointed in Macy*s and I question why would they resell something that someone had worn long enough to leave their scent behind. That's just gross. The garment itself was cute BUT it was tarnished in my eyes because of this. I hope that it doesn't get sold again after I return it and I hope when the replacement arrives it is brand new.
