Dress exchange

This is a gorgeous dress and I desire not return the item, but to exchange it for a more appropriate size as the size ordered did not fit. I would like to request a size exchange to 8 regular as the former size request was that of a 10 regular. Should you not have an 8 regular in stock, I am requesting a refund.

Delivery problem

I ordered the dress on Apr 2. On Apr 3 I was sent an email saying it was shipped and was given a USPS tracking number. The tracking number said the status was USPS was waiting to receive the item. On Apr 10, the status has not changed. Don’t know what or where the problem is, but so far I am not impressed with the process. I will probably not buy from Macy’s again because of this.
