Bought Black 8P. Hits right at knee. I am 5’5 and weigh 143. Normally wear 8 regular but did not want it hitting below knee. The length is 21inches. It is a classic simply elegant work skirt. Waist fits great- 29.5 inch. If you have big hips you will need to size up. My hips are 39 at widest and the skirt is a pinch tight but still looks nice. Overall the skirt looks and feels great.

Wrong skirt
I received the wrong skirt, in the wrong size and color. Missing the dress that I ordered with it. I am very disappointed because I have been shopping from macys for years. I expect fast accurate service.

I have always loved Calvin Klein's clothes. I had a Calvin Klein black skirt for work that I literally wore for five years and it never faded or looked old. I just bought this black skirt to replace it and found it fits exactly like my old one. It is so comfortable and elegant looking when paired with a blazer.

Poor color
The skirt (and jacket) that I purchased was not a dark of black as I expected... I thought it was the (poor) lighting in the store but once I got it home it did not look any better. It looks as though it has been cleaned too many times which is why I wanted a new suit because the one I have had for several years looks like it has been (dry) cleaned too many times... it looks old. This new suit looks old. I did not buy it at my local Macy's (they didn't have any black suits... so I am stuck with it, but not happy about it.

if I could give a negative 5 rating I would. I will never order online again. I need a hurry so I had paid $15 for extra shipping. I Contacted customer service and could not find a phone number to call. It only had chat option. The AI chat said they would look into it submit a claim and email me within 16 days. That did not resolve my issue so I Connected to a live agent who Said I would receive an email in 24 to 48 hours and when I asked about the refund and said something about the 16 days she said she would help me resolve it. She then quickly ended the chat with no notice. terrible experience. lack of “customer service” and no item. Not worth ordering from Macys online again
