Jacket ripped

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had a disappointing experience with a recent purchase. I bought a Calvin Klein jacket from Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton and wore it for just two hours during a professional headshot session. After delicately hand-washing it, the inner layer completely ripped. When I went back to the store, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist me. I also contacted customer service, but they said they couldn’t help since it was an in-store purchase. As a loyal Macy’s customer who has purchased thousands of items without issue, I’m deeply disappointed. I’ve always trusted Macy’s and Calvin Klein for quality, but this experience has shaken my confidence in the brand.

I received my suit literally just now and rushed to try it. It's beautiful and classy. A must have for an elegant business look!!!
