Damaged Shoe Packaging and Poor Quality Control

Dear Macy's Customer Service, I recently received my two pairs of shoes, and I am very disappointed with the condition in which they arrived. Once again, it is clear that quality control was lacking. The boxes containing the shoes were torn and dirty, and the internal packaging was in disarray. The paper stuffers and protective tissue were crumpled, and the shoes themselves appeared visibly worn. This kind of presentation reflects poorly on Macy's and suggests a lack of care in how online shoe orders are handled and shipped to valued customers. Given the amount of money I spend, I expect better service and attention to detail. As a result of this ongoing issue, I will no longer be purchasing shoes online through Macy's. I hope this feedback encourages you to improve your shipping standards. Now, I have to take the time to return the items. I will only recommend the product if it arrives unworn and well-presented.

Calvin Klein Kitten Heels

I have these kitten heels in two other colors and love them. They are truly the height of a kitten heel and are very comfortable. I'm normally a size 10, but in these a size 11 fits much better. The only issue I have is that when I opened the shipping box the shoe were in a shoe box with no cover. Very sloppy! I'm going to go the the local store to see if they will give me a cover.
