Bizarre Concept exposes you completely

The front of the blouse is actually 2 layers, one draped over the other that gapes and gives a full view of your chest. I don’t see how this would provide coverage for any one. It looks like a professional shirt from the front in the photo but close up and just off to the side you might as well be naked. It is almost inconceivable what they could have been thinking.
