Cute and Comfyi

Got these boots in brown and I love them! I have slightly wide feet and they’re comfortable. Fit nicely around the ankle - not constricting but no huge gaps. Great quality!

I danced the night away in them, and I can say my feet did not hurt the next day. Very comfortable.

Received USED creased/scratched boots

Since all these reviews are really good I was expecting the boots to be the same. However, not sure if anyone else had the same experience as me, but the boots I received were clearly USED. They came not in a shoe box but instead loose in a shipping box with no paper or reinforcement to preserve the boots shape. And they were creased and scratched everywhere. Clearly they were trying to resell used shoes. So I called and got them to send a new pair. The new one did come in a shoe box and were packed nicely, but again still had some creasing and marks as if they were worn before. The second pair weren’t nearly as bad as the first and I really liked the shoes and did not want to go through the hassle again to return, so I decided to just keep them as is. The boots are really beautiful and look amazing, but just a fair warning that Macy’s is reselling used shoes and clearly not having a good quality assurance team checking them before reselling returned items. Could be a problem with the holiday rush or maybe just the brown color I got, but still completely unacceptable.
