Received a dirty shirt missing a collar stay

I was very surprised to receive a returned shirt. I knew the shirt had been worn when I opened the package. The shirt was wrapped in plastic wrap...The shirt had not guts (ie: cardboard, straight pins, tissue paper). I checked for stains, the collar had 2 dark rings and a stained spot as well. and one of the collar stays was missing.
