Pills and Puckers After First Wear

After just the first wear, the skirt ribbons (which run vertically on the skirt) pucker out all over the skirt, and there is a lot of fuzz / pilling all over the skirt. The skirt has not been washed, so for this to happen after just one wear is surprising.
