Customer Service

I love the coat. But the lady signed me up for a credit card and I did not want a credit card. She told me she was checking to see if I had a card with you all and before I knew it, I had one. Even when I was telling her to only check, she ignored me and continued to use my information to sign me up for a card that I did not want or asked for.
