I was debating on buying this coat base on the bad reviews! Good thing I choose to buy it! Very warm and looks good!! Everything is on place! Wear it several times!!

this coat is garbage. the outer shell peels of this coat. i tried to return it they wouldnt let me. i left this coat on the floor. macys doesnt treat there customers very well .

Poor Quality

I ordered this coat as it was similar to a Calvin Klein coat that I purchased years ago. Upon arrival, I instantly noticed that this coat was very stiff, inflexible, and cumbersome. I figured it may soften over time. After wearing the coat only TWO times, one of the pocket seams tore open, allowing my keys to fall straight through to the floor. I am returning the coat for a refund.

Cheapest quality they have done

I have several of these coats cause the fake leather always peels after a few years. I keep coming back to it cause it's normally good quality. Fake leather feels thick, fur lining is soft, collar is stiff... This model feels like a temu version... The leather feels paper thin ( which would be fine if it doesn't peel, the fur is thin with not padding and rough. The collar has no padding so it just falls down. Inner pockets no longer have double pockets, the coat is now super light. It's extremely disappointing.
