2nd Time Wring Order Again

The first I ordered a grey Calvin Klein hoodie shirt with a white Calvin Klein logo. When the package arrived it was a wrong order. The logo was black and grey. I called in to inform them that the order was wrong. I didn’t want to go to the hassle to ship went back since I live overseas working for the United States Navy so I kept the wrong order. Then through the representative via phone con, I placed the same order again, and explained to them to make sure that the logo was white and not gray and black, and the representative confirm that it was white. When the second order arrived, unfortunately, the order placed by the Macy representative was wrong, and the hoodie came in with a gray and black logo. I kept that hoodie too, again because it’s a hassle to ship it back when you are overseas. It is very disappointing that Macy’s makes you order the item again it not ship out a free one to get here and then have the customer send it back. this is giving me second thoughts of ordering again from Macy’s and I am also going to inform my circle about this issue and that it might not be worth ordering from Macy’s when serving overseas.

the picture shows a light grey, but I received a dark charcoal grey instead.
