Where is my order???

Ordered this online Feb 18 and I still have not received it 2 weeks later. Called customer service and was told there is nothing they can do until March 3. Ridiculous.

Not even shipped yet.

I am livid, my son needed a winter coat asap temps dropping to single digits. I ordered this coat, paid extra to ship it asap. 2 days and still not shipped. What was the sense of paying all that extra money for shipping if I have to wait 5+ days to receive. If I was able I would of dragged him to the nearest store. But he is away at school. We do not normally get these drastic temps in winter or else we would have prepared.
