Great Boots but Hard to Put On

The boots are great, the material is good, but it is a challenge to put them on. The back of the boots is too hard and does not allow for the heel to slide in easily.

Use Reputable Shipping Services, Please.

Never got the item because Macy’s wanted to save money and not use a standard shipper like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me. All of a sudden I see a message that looks like I returned the item. I’m am very upset. Well… I’ll keep my money. I think going forward I keep all of my money!!!!!

Defective Item Report Torn Handle on First Use

I purchased the shoes on January 9th but didn’t try them on until today. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing—the handle tore on the very first try. Please see the attached photos.
