Awful service

Placed order december 1 with anticipated arrival December 5. On or about December 8 I contacted customer service inquiring the arrival of my purchase. Was told to expect order the next couple of days. Once again i waited. Yesterday i contacted customer service and was told the order would come December 19 I requested refund. Still waiting for the refund

Thanks to the salesperson Yvette, I managed to take care of my Christmas shopping for the people who help me throughout the year. I placed an order on line which was canceled for reasons that remain unclear to me. When I replaced the order, the items were no longer available and no one bothered to let me know. Fortunately, Yvette was able to get some things together for me at the last minute.
