Straps Width uncomfortable!

The only thing I don't like about this bag is the 1" wide- straps width. The wide straps Width keep cutting into my armhole and waist, making wearer very uncomfortable. I wish all the straps Width, should be only 1/2" wide like all the MK backpacks. I hope to collect more backpacks from Calvin Klein in the future, with the exception if the strap Width change to be 1/2" smaller. Others than that's all the design details and workmanship of this bag is very well made n exceptional. I m going to keep this bag because of its design n workmanship. It's very stylish, beautiful n well made!
