Beautiful purse, but after one month of used the Drawstring got broken.

Horrible delivery

Can't review the actual product because I have not received it yet!! I ordered this product on 1/18 today is 2/2 and I have yet to receive it. I notified Macy's customer service and they said call back after 2/5 if I have not received it. What a joke!! I sure hope the product is worth the wait either way I will not order anything from Macy's online again!

Bag is great

I love this bag. I can use it either as crossbody or a regular shoulder bag. I can put all my regular makeup kit wallet and cellphone and still enough for other items like my car and house keys. Material is of good quality very soft and easy to clean. Highly recommend

pretty purse, but strap falls apart

I love the structured look of this purse and have only had it a couple months. The hardware on the strap locks up causing the strap to twist. Then one day I was running errands and the strap just fell apart. There is a little pin that keeps slipping out and it seems to be a design flaw.

It's kind of a heavy bag and the drawstring at the top makes it difficult to put things inside. I'm returning it for those reasons. Otherwise a beautiful bag.
