Never received

Never received. Although I talked to customer service right away notifying Macy's that the shipper was indicating the package was not received by them, Macys didn't do anything except tell me to continue waiting. After waiting an additional 2 days, I called Macy's customer service again, the automated system indicated that the claim is under review and will take up to an additional 11 days! Automated voice system is frustrating and wastes time.
