Awful decision

I thought this bag would be perfect and I love the little additional storage on the strap. But when I received it I see that I cannot switch the way the little change purse opens so it opens face down which means everything will fall out when the zipper is opened. But ok…I can still work with it. Then, after about a month, the zipper for the bag broke. The zipper got stuck and I couldn’t open and close the bag. Mind you, I only open and close the bag a few times a week because I work from home so many days my bag just hangs in the closet. How could the zipper break in a month?? I have had much more reasonably priced bags that I used for years with no issues whatsoever. Save your money. This is a cheaply made, impractical bag. I’m sorry I spent the money and can’t return it because it’s too late. Go with a different brand because this one obviously doesn’t make products that last.

Great Crossbody Purse by CK

I have the black purse. I like all of the additional pockets for various items that I carry such as my phone and smaller wallet, etc. I like having smaller purses and this one meets my needs. The only thing I wish the designer did with this purse is made the coin purse removable or left it off, because there's enough pockets that it's not needed. Other than that it's a great purse.

I didn't receive my item because it was damaged i was very disappointed
