Choose another bag

Purchased end of June, carried July to early September, not daily and now the strap it’s broken. The little horseshoe part that holds the strap popped as I went to reposition the bag on my shoulder, pieces flew God knows where. 😡

Strap hardware broke in 34 days

I loved this purse. Size was perfect for everyday outings. But the chrome of the hardware broke within 34 days of purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm done with Calvin Klein purses. My first purse is pealing thru the edges - I've had it less than a year!
